Înainte de punerea în funcţiune a instalaţiei, rodajul distribuitorului cu roţi dinţate trebuie să aibă loc fără încărcare.
Description
Aceste distribuitoare servesc la alimentarea a două circuite hidraulice independente cu o singură pompă.
Eroare de divizare cca. 3 %.
Reglarea presiunii este identică pentru toate secţiunile.
Supape reglabile de la 70 - 210 bar, alte plaje de reglaj la cerere.
Este posibilă conversia la scurgerea internă a uleiului de scurgere - pentru aceasta, închideți orificiul T cu un dop G1/2″ (conversia este recomandată numai după consultanță!).
Dimensionare distribuitor cu roţi dinţate: qi = Q/z * 1000/n
qi = volum dislocat/secțiune [cm³]
Q = debit volumetric de intrare total [l/min]
z = număr secțiuni
n = turaţie [rpm]
